You can stay with REI Super when you change jobs, whatever your new job may be. It's easy to do. Just complete the REI Super Standard Choice form and give it to your employer.

By taking us with you when you change jobs, you will keep your death and total & permanent disablement (TPD) insurance cover. If we don't receive contributions from your employer for 16 consecutive months your insurance cover will end.
