all members of REI Super are able to view their account online 24/7
When you first join REI Super you are issued with a membership number and PIN. These are both required to access your account online.
If you do not have your membership number or PIN, please call the Helpline on 1300 13 44 33 during business hours (EST) to be provided with these details over the phone.
Alternatively, if you know your membership number but not your PIN and your current email address is on file, please go to the login page and choose to 'Reset your PIN'. You will immediately be emailed your new PIN.

What can I see online?
Once online you can view and change your
- contact details
- beneficiaries
- investment option(s)
You are also able to view your:
- personal insurances
- contribution history (employer and personal)
- historical and current balance
- tax and fees
You are also able to access a variety of news, tips and calculators to help you to manage your super.
