REI Super is one of the very few super funds with directors who members of the Fund directly elect. All our Member Elected Directors are from the real estate industry.
Nominations to fill three (3) Member Elected Director positions for the electorates of NSW & ACT, VIC & TAS and QLD & NT on the REI Super Trustee Board for a four-year term will open in July 2023.
There are nine Directors of REI Super’s Trustee company. Six are appointed by the members of the Fund, and three are Independent Directors, one of whom is also an Independent Chairperson.
The Trustee Board comprising Independent Directors and Member Elected Directors is a unique feature of REI Super’s Board structure and governance model. The structure of our Board provides the fund with the insight and focus on delivering great outcomes specific to our employers and members in the real estate industry.
