The Trustee Office has a management team of experienced superannuation and finance professionals who run the Fund and assist our Members.

 

Jarrod Coysh, Chief Executive Officer

Jarrod Coysh, Chief Executive Officer

Jarrod Coysh is the Chief Executive Officer of REI Super and has overall responsibility for the funds operations, with a strong focus on maximising members retirement outcomes.  Jarrod has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior roles at ANZ, Nab, Westpac and Cbus. He also has a strong strategy background having been a principal at the Boston Consulting Group and has been tasked with leading the fund through its next important growth phase. Jarrod holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified company director. Jarrod was appointed as the Chief Executive in July 2019.

 

Lisa Saunders, Compliance and Risk Manager

Lisa Saunders, Group Executive - Governance, Risk and Compliance

Lisa Saunders is the Group Executive - Governance, Risk and Compliance for REI Super, and has over 15 years’ experience working in the financial services industry and has extensive capability in superannuation, risk management, strategy development, compliance and corporate governance. Lisa has an Advance Diploma of Financial Planning, 2003, a Master of Financial Planning from University of the Sunshine Coast, 2005. Lisa was appointed Group Executive - Governance, Risk and Compliance in February 2006.

 

Angelos Siapkas, General Manager Investment Governance and Operations

Angelos Siapkas, Group Executive - Investment Strategy and Operations

Angelos Siapkas is the Group Executive - Investment Strategy and Operations and a qualified actuary with particular expertise within the superannuation and investments industries. Angelos is a Fellow (FIAA) of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia, and a Senior Fellow (SFFin) of Finsia (Financial Services Institute of Australasia). Angelos holds a GradDipAppFin & Inv from Securities Institute of Australia, an AdvDipFS (Superannuation) from Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia, BSc from Monash University, DipEd from Monash University, and DipOpsRes from Monash University. Angelos has over 25 years' experience and in the wealth management, superannuation and investments industries. Angelos was appointed Group Executive - Investment Governance and Operations in March 2015.

 

Andrew Tait, Group Executive - Marketing and Growth

Andrew Tait, Group Executive – Marketing and Growth

Andrew Tait is the Group Executive – Marketing and Growth at REI Super and has responsibility for marketing, communications, brand, business development, relationship management, financial advice, data analytics, commercial development and growth to maximise members’ retirement outcomes. Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, having held senior roles at Nab, ANZ, Westpac and Cbus. Andrew holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, is CPA qualified and is a Fellow of FINSIA. Andrew was appointed as Group Executive – Marketing & Growth in September 2019.



Kimbra Jones - Group Executive – Member Services

Kimbra Jones, Group Executive - Member Services

Kimbra Jones is the Group Executive – Member Services for REI Super and has oversight of the administration and insurance services to the Fund. Responsibilities encompass the delivery of product, technical, insurance and administration services to members. Kimbra has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and other highly regulated industries. She has held senior management positions in superannuation administration where she focused on delivering superior customer outcomes. Kimbra holds a Diploma of Business and Bachelor of Commerce and is a Member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australian and New Zealand (IML ANZ). Kimbra was appointed Group Executive – Member Services in September 2019.
