The Trustee of REI Super is committed to enhanced quality in decision making through representation of a range of views at the Board, management and staff levels. As a result, the Trustee remains dedicated to continuous improvement in diversity and inclusion, while balancing the skills to achieve 40% female representation among Board members and office-based staff.
On 30 June 2025, the Fund had 44% of Board and Trustee office-based staff positions occupied by females, with 48% female representation in the Trustee office and 33% female representation on the Trustee Board.
The Trustee will continue its commitment to diversity through the annual board performance review process, succession planning and managing the skills requirements of the Fund.
