We caught up with Gerrard Hill, Director of
Raine & Horne Newtown whose team recently took home the REINSW Award for Excellence, for the 2019 Residential Property Management Team. To say the team were pumped after this win would be an understatement!
For the team, it’s not just about focusing on going above and beyond for their clients, it’s also about empathising.
“People often contact us at a highly stressful time of their lives and at times we stop, check ourselves and ask, if this was me how would I like to be treated? We are always empathetic to our client’s needs, both landlords and tenants”.
The team get inspired by giving back to their community. Recently Raine & Horne Newtown supported and took part in Newtown Neighbourhood Centre’s Newtopian Sleepout 2019 raising $33,101! Twenty-two team members slept out in Newtown Square to raise funds and awareness for the vulnerable people in the community who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.
When asked what’s instore for the future of Raine & Horne Newtown, Gerrard mentions they are constantly evolving and embracing new technologies to enhance their service to customers. They invest in training, learning and sharing with the industry to empower their team.
